We are not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare, including any Medicare supplement or Medicare replacement policies. Please contact us to discuss self-pay or out-of-network options.

Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly using the member services number on the back of your insurance card. When you call, have your policy information ready and ask these key questions:
If Carolina Blue Skies Counseling is not currently in-network with your insurance provider, you may still have options. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that can reimburse a portion of your therapy costs.
Our team can provide you with a detailed invoice called a superbill — a document you can submit directly to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Ask our office about this option when you schedule.

Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards accepted — therapy is an eligible expense.

Cash & Self-Pay
Cash accepted. Flexible self-pay rates may be available — contact us to discuss your options.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving care. This is available for all uninsured patients or patients choosing not to use insurance.
