Harrison Jordan
I work with individuals ages 15 and up who may have substance use disorders, dual diagnoses,
stress in life that feels unmanageable, struggles with life transitions, grief/loss, depression, and
anxiety.
I engage clients with a Narrative, Reality-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing-based
approach. Using Motivational Interviewing, we will work on addressing the changes
you want to make in your life and acknowledging areas of improvement and how your
tendency to change can be used for the better.
As a therapist, I firmly believe that therapy is a key cornerstone of a well-rounded, healthy life.
Every problem we face, whether it is everyday stress, substance use, or trauma, has
significance and deserves to be heard. I am always striving to achieve my personal goals in
therapy. I would love to help you meet yours!
When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, playing video games, and physical fitness.
